We are committed to successfully implementing employment equity. We do this in two ways:

  2. Making use of a broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) policy

Our Employment Equity Forum, made up of employees chosen by their colleagues, supports our business and human resources strategy, including the attraction and retention of a competent, diverse workforce and to ensure compliance with the Employment Equity Act.
